Top Notch at Mwnt again!
Top Notch plus another adult with a calf were sighted by Mwnt on all of our 3 trips this morning, staying in the same area for approximately 4 hours! Also a largish pod of around 15 was sighted heading west from Mwnt at approximately 11:15. Not too many seals so far today although there were a few around Cemaes head.

Good day for sightings today with dolphins seen on 2 our of 4 trips. In the morning on our Early Bird Trips 3 separate groups were sighted, initially up between Mwnt and Aberporth an Adult and Calf were sighted. On the way back jut off Mwnt a further pod of around 6 adults were sighted and gave a very playful display with another 3 further west towards Cardigan Island. On our evening trip at 7pm we sighted another Pod of around 4 adults again past Mwnt. Plenty of seals by cardigan Farm Park and also on the beach by Cemaes Head.

Another clean sweep
Another day with Dolphins sightings on every trip. From 2.30 to around 5.30 around 16 - 18 dolphins were to the east of Cardigan Island including "Top Notch" with her calf. They gave an amazing acrobatic display right in front of the boat on the last trip and I'm assured a couple of passengers got some great photos and promised to email them in. As soon as they arrive I'll post them. Also loads of seals around by Cardigan Farm Park and plenty hauled out at Cemaes Head.

Lots of Dolphins!
Despite being quite rough this morning, we managed to see dolphins on every one of our 9 trips today! They were in various places ranging from just off Mwnt to just by Cardigan Island. Our resident "Top Notch" and her calf were to the east of Cardigan Island by Cardigan Farm Park for nearly the whole afternoon. Plenty of Seals hauled out on the beach at Cemaes again. Barnacle Geese on the Island, a Perigrine by the Cliff Hotel plus loads of Gannets, Manx Shearwaters and even a few Razorbills bobbing around on the water.

Windy & Wet!
Well that would sum up our morning trips today as a fresh N/NW wind doesn't give us many places to shelter. The wind and sea state calmed gradually throughout the day and the sun came out at lunchtime which always helps! No Dolphins sighted today although there was a lot of gannet activity. Glad to say on the late afternoon trips we managed to get over to cemaes head where there are some seals starting to haul out on the beach, around 8 - 10.

Not as good as yesterday but we did see the dolphins on 3 out of 5 trips today. Top notch was there with her calf plus another mother and calf. In total we counted around 20 between the 3 trips. Quite a few seals as well although we are still waiting for them to return in large numbers.

Dolphins sighted on every trip!
I'm pleased to say our dolphin sightings have really picked up again and today we had success on all our trips. Its a little difficult not to double count the odd one but we estimate we saw between 5 - 8 on each trip making a total of between 30 - 48 for the day. Also plenty of seals, a total of 15 for the day. I'll update our sightings for the past week soon!!
